What’s Included

✔ Discovery Session (90 minutes)

Your journey begins with a Discovery Session, where we explore your strengths, values, and patterns as a parent. This session shapes a personalized coaching plan and is included in the Journey.

(If you’ve already completed a Discovery Session, it rolls directly into this package.)

✔ Ongoing Coaching Sessions

You’ll receive 11 coaching sessions over six months. Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes and scheduled at a pace that supports regulation, reflection, and practice. Anyone who supports you as a parent — partner, co-parent, or caregiver — is welcome to join sessions if helpful.

✔ Steady Support Between Sessions

This journey includes consistent support between sessions through check-ins, reflections, and shared tools to help you stay oriented and supported as changes unfold.

✔ Tools, Reflection & Teaching Support

Access to customized tools and reflections grounded in:
